Meet Marla Waltman, our corporate controller! Marla began her automotive career in 2006 while still in high school, working part-time at her family's business, Your Auto Source. She had a passion for numbers, so decided to pursue a degree in finance. She achieved her goal in 2009 when she graduated with distinguished honors from Penn State's Smeal College of Business. After graduation, Marla expanded her accounting resumé before rejoining Your Auto Source full-time.

After graduation, Marla sought a part-time job with a local accounting firm where she handled routine accounting functions for smaller, family-owned businesses. This position helped broaden her skillset and allowed her to gain the required knowledge and experience to become a fully licensed CPA. She obtained her certification by the fall of 2016, all the while still maintaining part-time employment at Your Auto Source.

In 2018, Ciocca Automotive Group acquired Your Auto Source and as Marla says, "the rest is history." She began full-time at the dealership and in addition to her accounting responsibilities, became involved operationally within the dealership, assisting with sales, F&I, service functions, and was even promoted to General Manager. In 2020, she joined our corporate accounting team to utilize her impressive skillset by assisting with other dealerships within our group. And in 2024, Ciocca Automotive Group became Ciocca Automotive - York Region.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Marla is devoted to her family. She is happily married and the proud mother of a five-year-old daughter and a three-year-old son. She cherishes every moment with her children watching them grow and making memories. Together, they enjoy a wide range of activities, with poolside weekends being a particular favorite as her children have become enthusiastic little swimmers! Marla and her husband share a love for travel and have explored destinations such as Banff, Canada; Vail, CO; Palm Springs, CA; and Rome, Italy! Marla aspires to visit each state in the U.S. and explore as many countries as she can. And, as a fun fact, Marla recently discovered and fell in love with aerial yoga!

Marla's passion for what she does shines through every day. She thrives in the fast-paced automotive industry and values the unique blend of corporate structure and family-oriented business approach that we offer. She finds joy in assisting our accounting team to create efficiencies and deliver accurate financial information and enable leadership to make informed decisions. We are incredibly fortunate to have Marla as part of our team at Ciocca Automotive - York Region.

Meet James Hahn, the Ford Mobile Service Tech at Ciocca Automotive - York Region. James has been passionate about automobiles since a young age and has always been fascinated by how they work. At just 12 years old, he started learning about cars by pulling parts off of vehicles in the salvage yard behind his grandmother's house. As he got older, he knew that he wanted to pursue a career in the automotive industry. At the age of 16, James got his start in the industry by joining an apprentice program with General Motors.
